We all see those horses with super white socks and think how did they get them like that ?
Not as hard as you think, a few easy steps and you will have super white socks too.
Step 1. clip out socks and or blaze, blazes clip from where the coloured hair joins the white hair inwards for socks clip against the grain ( upwards) till you just about meet the coloured hair then clip with the hair (downwards) to blend and avoid a clip line.
Clip approx 5 days before if you are not confident otherwise clip the day before.
Step 2. Wash socks and blazes with a good purple shampoo.
Step 3. Apply your favourite whitening powder or paste
If the day before you will need to bandage the sock overnight and touch up on show day.

Clipping out blazes can make a wide blaze look thinner
